MONDAY TRAINING WAS A BLOWN AWAY!!

Today's training we have 4 taiwan cheerleaders (coach) joining us!!they are really AWESOME!!They can toss as if there's no weight!!!the flyer actually flew off their hands!!!*AMAZED*All of us were captivated how they do the stunts, really an eye opener for us, it's LIVE!!!i was ask to be a flyer..i had retire from flyer so long agO!!!Nevertheless,i still did it,one of the taiwan coach toss me, his name is AH QING!!!heheheh..i was telling Dom and Wenqing, i gave my FIRST TIME to ahqing!!hahaha..you know y???I never tried toss to chair b4 and yet today ah qing toss me to chair..it was a great experience!!hahahahah...las but not least, AH SONG(the flyer in pink you see in the pict), She is POWERFUL!!!!ULTRA Locking and she got 6 packs!!!
We've learnt alot from the taiwan coaches and just want to say:
